Antique Appraisal & Fundraiser Event - DDA & Rotary

Have you ever wondered what that family heirloom or flea market find is worth?  Now is your chance to find out and to help a worthy cause at the same time.

The Brownstown DDA and the Woodhaven-Brownstown Rotary are sponsoring an Antique Appraisal and Fundraiser Event.

Saturday, March 5, 2016
9am to 3pm
Brownstown Event Center
23345 King Road
Brownstown, MI48193

Just bring your treasures, family heirlooms, garage sale and flea market finds to the Brownstown Event Center on Saturday, March 5th and professional appraisers from DuMochells Art Gallery and Auction House located in Detroit will appraise the pieces.  Charge is $7 per item with a three item limit.  Cash and checks are accepted at the door. If you have a large item, you may bring a photo to have it appraised.

All the money collected will go to the Woodhaven-Brownstown Rotary’s local programs.

To make an appointment, go to Woodhaven-Brownstown Rotary’s facebook page and click on Book Now! You can also call Mary Rochon, Rotary president at (734) 649-2581.  Walk-ins are welcome.  There will be three appraisers available all day.

“This was such a huge success last year that we were turning people away.  This year we decided to make it bigger and better!  It will be at the Event Center where we have much more room and we will have 3 appraisers to accommodate the crowds,” said Sue Trussell, DDA Assistant Director.

The Brownstown Historical Society and their members will be there with a display of Brownstown History and refreshments will be served.  Rotary members will be on hand to talk about their local programs.

If you have any questions, please call Mary Rochon (734) 649-2581
